Started his career as a sales representative, and progressed into various roles: Marketing, Sales Management and Directorship, New Product Launch, Training and Commercial Excellence (Sales Force Effectiveness & Marketing Effectiveness). In the last 15 years, he has focused in the area of Commercial Excellence.

His main differentiation point: ability to provide end-to-end services -> from Strategy to People (Competency) to Processes and Systems.

Co-founded PAW Consultancy in 2013.

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, she is a Senior Beauty Trainer and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer specializing in makeup, image, grooming, and holistic wellness.

Her expertise includes conducting hands-on workshops, corporate training, and large-scale beauty & wellness education programs.

In September 2024, she spoke in World of Executive PA 2024, connecting with Executive Assistants and PAs to C-suite leaders across industries from different countries.

In December 2024, she conducted a Basics of Corporate Grooming session for a leading company, with consumer-focused sub-segments of injectable aesthetics, dermatological skincare and therapeutic dermatology.

Her journey began in a corporate sales and training environment, where she has since built a strong track record of delivering impactful training to large organizations, addressing more than 2000 participants in her biggest event.

She is fluent in both English and Bahasa, and is passionate about empowering professionals to achieve excellence in their roles.
